We proudly offer Medical Grade skin care products and premium lash Shampoo available for purchase for clients who may need at home care after appointment. When you book with The Beauty Lounge, you are investing in quality, professionalism, and a luxury beauty experience. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agreed to all salon policies listed below. Booking Policy • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go toward your service total. • PLEASE BE SURE TO VIEW CANCELLATION POLICY • Remaining balances must be paid using Cash or Card payment only.• Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit. Cancellation Policy
✨ CANCELLATION POLICY ✨
Your time is valuable, and so is mine! 🤍 I truly appreciate your respect for my time, and I will always do the same for you.
Cancellations 12+ hours before your appointment:
You may cancel or reschedule directly through the booking system with no fee.
Cancellations within 12 hours:
Please contact me directly by phone/text at (269) 565-5347. There is no cancellation fee — I simply ask that you please let me know as soon as possible so I have the opportunity to fill your appointment.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
Appointments that are missed without notice will automatically be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
If the card on file is unable to be charged, an additional $50 fee will apply. Before booking another appointment, 100% payment for the requested service will be required upfront.
DEPOSITS:
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show.
